  1. I look forward to following your journey to the Olympic trials!! : )

  2. Huge break thru race Ariana. To top it off you ran a 2 minute negative split. There is more in that tank of yours. Next goal>>>sub 2:35 at the trials. Don’t ever underestimate the power of the mighty buffaloe. Celebrate, you deserve it. Pretty good take on the prize money side as well. Good luck in the future.

  3. Thanks Don!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mighty buffalo has worked its magic! :) Thanks for all of your advice in the nutrition. You are the best!!!

  4. Hi, Ariana. I’ve been following your blog since Daily Mile and just saw your results from Grandma’s. Wow…WOW!!! Congratulations on a killer race! All your hard work is really paying off. Amazing!

  5. I’ve been checking in on you too Ariana. Awesome race and incredible PR! Go rock those Olympic Trials!

  6. way to go Ari! I follow your running from time to time. Ada’ Gal!

  7. Running down a dream!

  8. I know you were hoping for and are capable of better, but the PR is a good sign! Driving the course would have been good and you definitely have the right perspective about everything else. I have just one question though–under your PR’s, it says 2:37…29…what’s up with that??? :>)

  9. Thanks JT! I know that you understand what I am going through. The 2:37:29 was gun time! 2:37:28 chip. :) We are going for chip…right? :)
